This was a great class! Challenging, but could feel the energy, heat, and strength building. A nice alternative to my morning run when I don't have a lot of time before work. I will definitely bookmark this one!
Perfect if your short on time of even one for vacation
This makes me feel excellent before heading into work. This is one of her top 5 classes!
I so do love this class - especially between or after night shifts, when I do not have the strength for a full class, it is just enough to feel awake, alive and strong, but never exhausted. Thank you so much Fiji, for another great class.
