I loved this class. I walked away with a much better understanding of arm stability. I loved the core work and how Jonni kept it light and fun when it was getting tough.

I wish I'd had these fantastic foundational courses when I first started practicing yoga! Jonni-Lynn gives clear and encouraging instruction on the basics. I would've liked 1 more try at crow pose and longer time in pigeon pose. Great challenge to power into 2022, thank you.

The sequence of a pilates class right before this one worked really well for me. The pilates brought attention to the core, and Jonni-Lyn cued us to strengthen this region as part of the arm balance prep. I admit I wasn't looking forward to this class but enjoyed it immensely. Thank you!

I liked all the ways you warmed us up leading into Crow. But once we actually got to Crow I could've used a few more cues and a few more tries. I've never been able to accomplish Crow, still not able. How does it all fit together? Hands, arms, elbows, knees and where is my gaze? Maybe this is one that needs a teacher in a room vs. online. I'll keep trying! Thanks Jonni

I was somewhat reluctant to practice upper body after spending a long day bending over a work table with stiff hands and fingers.... this felt amazing. I especially liked the breakdown of hand form. My wrists often hurt during practice, and this really helped.
