The sequence of a pilates class right before this one worked really well for me. The pilates brought attention to the core, and Jonni-Lyn cued us to strengthen this region as part of the arm balance prep. I admit I wasn't looking forward to this class but enjoyed it immensely. Thank you!

I liked all the ways you warmed us up leading into Crow. But once we actually got to Crow I could've used a few more cues and a few more tries. I've never been able to accomplish Crow, still not able. How does it all fit together? Hands, arms, elbows, knees and where is my gaze? Maybe this is one that needs a teacher in a room vs. online. I'll keep trying! Thanks Jonni
