Upper Body and Arm Balance
Work your way into crow pose, in this fun and challenging class. Discover what actions help to stabilize you, as well as what to strengthen, in order to lift up and fly into crow. Arm balances require not just arm strength, but work and support from the whole body! Leave this class feeling stronger and a little lighter.
I loved bringing more arm strength into familiar poses/vinyasas - great prep for crow pose. There are only two crow poses at the end - I like to pause and do at least one more (depending on how the first two went!) :)

Excellent class. It challenged me to gently try a bit harder in several poses, which will improve my strength and flexibility. I will take this class again, perhaps several times. Thank you.
Good class! It was challenging, rewarding, satisfying. I'm working my way through the 22-day challenge now, but I will bookmark this class and return to take it again later.
