The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence
This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

Coming into this class, I was not expecting it to be completely seated (mostly). After about a half hour of being on my knees, I needed to give them a break. It is a real shoulder class and particularly enjoyable, especially in pace and teaching, but you will be seated on your knees for about 80% of the time.
David,
Thank you so much for this class! I didn't realize how much I needed this specific class, but I will definitely be doing this practice again soon. Thank you for all you do for doyogawithme.com! This is such a fantastic website. :)
Take care,
Eva
David, I developed frozen shoulder syndrome on my right one in January 2013, and went to PT which didn't do much for it....I was recommended to start Yoga right after my left shoulder started to go in July. Although any shoulder pose is challenging (more on left than in my right, which is healing now), I can see the difference during each class....
Today, I did yours for the first time. It wasn't easy - rather painful at times, but I know I have to move slowly and be patient with myself, the truth is that this class is a BLESSING! And the relaxation at the end is exactly what the doctor order to breath the pain away.
Thank You.
After practicing this class again with David, I have to make a general comment with regards to the narration and voice overs in general. David, you are by far the easiest and most succinct voice in any of the videos. Your other teachers would do well to emulate your technique in this skill not just your Yoga prowess.
