Love this practice. Another one of my "go to's" Melissa's voice is so soothing and relaxing. It really helps me get into the moment with the practice. Kudos to DYWM and all the teachers. They are amazing!!!

I find myself returning to this video (and "Bend and Stretch") over and over when I need a 30-minute workout that'll leave me feeling both stretched out and calm. Melissa is my favorite online fitness teacher.
