Crista's focus on the heart chakra in this vinyasa yoga leads you through a nicely-paced power flow, full of backbends, side bends, hip openers, forward folds and thigh stretches. Her energy will help you move through the tough times and you'll feel so very good when it's over.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

8/15/19. As much a hip opener/hip flexor stretch for me as it was a heart opener. Intense sensations at times, but an overall juicy and relaxing/releasing practice. Modifications offered for many of the poses. Feels good! Thank you

Whenever I'm struggling with motivation, I always find myself turning towards one of Christa's classes. This one was a new find for me today, and exactly what I needed. Christa, thank you for being such a pleasure to take a class from! It didn't even feel like 30 minutes went by!
I am echoing others, but we can all use more positive comments. You brightened my day with this practice. I feel physically and emotionally more open. I love how you incorporate lion's breath, which makes me forget the belly work and lightens my emotional load.
