Great class! Next time I will use a double-thick mat since there is quite a bit on the knees.
Lovely class, energetic pacing and really great cueing. The lion's breath sequencing was brilliant, got my mind off what I was doing and had me laughing through all of it. Left the mat feeling much more open and smiling. Thanks for sharing your positive spirit.
