This was perfect for me this morning, gentle but effective. Thank you. LOVED the piano. I appreciated the reminders to engage pelvis to peotect the back. I am still new to yoga and definitely need these cues repeated. There is so much to learn, I love it.

I find that this is not one to go for when looking for a deep, knot relaxing stretch, but is perfect for those days that I need to reaffirm a sense of peace. This class absorbs you completely in the calming sounds of the waves and piano - accompanied perfectly by Melissa's soothing voice over. It felt like it was over in minutes

Oh. My. Goodness. What a lovely stretch~just what I needed. Just the right pace, and LOTS of great tips and reminders, just at the right moments, to keep all the parts working together nicely for best effect. So glad I did this one today!

I truly enjoy this peaceful Beginner stretch. I feel so relaxed upon completion. Sometimes, I just like to start again, and this is one of my favorite yoga practice sessions.

Wow, hits all the places that need attention when I roll out of bed! I love the quietness of it and the slow steady rhythm. Very easy to follow your directions. And short enough to that I still have time to do my run. Thanks!

This class has become my go to for a good stretch at the end of the day, when I'm winding down towards sleep. Her voice is melodic and she provides good instructions. My body loves this class!!
