Thank you, Mellisa for this much needed class. Sheltering in place has me teaching online, not moving as much and getting stiff. This will become a regular for me any time I feel the need to stretch and breath deeper. With gratitude!!!

Thanks Melissa, I love this class, it was one of the first DYWM I found on utube and I come back to it regularly. You always make me feel comfortable , I'm pretty stiff and inflexible though that is improving greatly with daily practice but your style feels very inclusive and comfortable. Thanks for all your work.

Loved this class. This is a good one for me as I had hip surgery two years agao and the stretches are helpful and soothing for the body. Namaste.

I absolutely loved this. The combination of her soothing voice with the gentle music is so relaxing. The pace is perfect for calming down. I like that there is not too much lying around and breathing but there is still an emphasis on breathing with the gentle movements. The setting also contributes to the relaxing mood. Thank you so much.

Great class, perfect for my needs at 55 with fibromyalgia. I’m trying to figure out a way to keep track of the classes that work well for me. Is there a way to bookmark or create a personalized plan for myself?
