Longer classes like this one are often hard to fit into my schedule, but I’m glad I took the time to fit this one into my morning routine. Rachel’s explanations together with my having watched the class beforehand made the class easy to follow. I‘m somewhat of a minimalist and found the background setting was distracting at times.
