Guy invites you to move from active to relaxed, from warm to cool and from busy to calm in his Yang-into-Yin slow flow practice. It begins with a series of warming movements, flows into several shorter standing poses and then drops down to the floor for a juicy sequence of longer held Yin poses. This is a great practice to help dissipate the busyness of your day and drop into relaxation.

This was a very relaxing, gentle class. Just what my cranky back needed. I loved the sweet variations on basic poses. Thank you, Guy for another awesome class. It made me smile and I know I 'll sleep better tonight because of it!
