It begins with a series of warming movements, flows into several shorter standing poses and then drops down to the floor for a juicy sequence of longer held Yin poses. This is a great practice to help dissipate the busyness of your day and drop into relaxation.

a nice yin yang balance
This class is a beautiful blend of warming movements that are challenging due to the length of the hold, and yin postures to let go and relax the muscles. Thank you!
