Guy invites you to move from active to relaxed, from warm to cool and from busy to calm in his Yang-into-Yin slow flow practice. It begins with a series of warming movements, flows into several shorter standing poses and then drops down to the floor for a juicy sequence of longer held Yin poses. This is a great practice to help dissipate the busyness of your day and drop into relaxation.

Thanks Guy for a great two week challenge. The poses were just challenging enough, not too hard, not too easy. I like your suggestion, "Don't panic, it's just yoga." It makes me feel more relaxed when I'm struggling with a pose.
