I'd been missing a good stretch in my hips and shoulders and this class definitely delivered, especially with that shoulder stretch in goddess. Quick but really complete and dynamic. Probably will be coming back to it.

This one is suuuuch a great class for hip openers, stretching, and even a couple of fun standing poses. Got a nice sweat in under 30 minutes too. This is maybe the fifth class of Andrea's I've taken thus far, and each time I am surprised by the sensations of pleasure I feel in my muscles, even in asanas I usually find hard to access or even painful. Andrea, your gentle guidance is incredible!

Absolutely adore this class! I’ve had a bit of a sore lower back lately from gardening and this class with all its undulations and waves was just delicious! Great hip openers too and a fantastic unique flow. Felt amazing after this, another incredible class from this incredible teacher. Namaste Andrea

I love that Andrea introduces movements in her classes that I have never done elsewhere. I found the transitions in this class a little, "jagged" (for lack of a better word), even though the movements themselves were nice and flowy.
I absolutely loved the flowy jumpyness of the flow. It felt light hearted but concentrated.

Absolutely wonderful and uniqe practice! I am 59 years old (a yoga practitioner since 17 years) and find this set extremely beneficial for releasing my neck, shoulders and hips. I wish there where more flowing sets like this since on DYWM since I am less and less drawn to static movements with long holds. Thanks Andrea!!

I saw the word ‘backbend’ in the description and almost didn’t do this class because I envisioned a full wheel pose - which I cannot do because of my wrists. I decided to try it anyway and so happy I did. I have never done a class with Andrea but now I will certainly be looking for more! Thank you for a lovely morning practice!!

Really liked this class and all the undulations and rippling! It ended a bit abruptly for my liking, child's pose to savasana to hero's all in the space of what felt like only a minute, so I just stayed in savasana and it was all good. Love all of Andrea's classes :-)

This short practice felt so, so good. It imparts a great sense of fluidity in a short period of time. The music really helps with that, too. This is one I will come back to next time I find myself with a sticky feeling.
