I have been in pain for some days due to a chronic tendonitis, and this class has worked like a little miracle. Thank you, Josh!

I work on a computer daily for 8 hours, and can I just tell you how much this relaxing practice helped? My shoulders are stretched out and feel great. Thanks, Josh!

Sweet little practice for shoulder mobility, especially good for anyone with super tight shoulders or injury. Josh's guidance is lovely! I would not consider this an intermediate practice that focuses on shoulders. It's more of a beginner-level practice or one geared specifically for shoulder injury/recovery. Only about 4 'poses' in the entire sequence. Still, very calming and helpful!
