Shoulder Mobility
This intermediate practice with Josh is perfect for anyone who has stiff or tight shoulders. He guides you through a gentle, hatha yoga class with mindful movement designed to give you more shoulder mobility. Some therapeutic/rehabilitation movements will also be included.

Thank you for this fantastic class. In Feb I finished PT for a broken humerus. Been practicing this on a regular basis since to help keep my shoulders juicy, and will continue to do so. Much appreciation for your time in designing this practice!
