This was a great class - it wasn't as fast-paced as I'm used to, which was a nice change. It felt good to enjoy each moment between the poses as well as sinking into them.
My hips were really tight in the beginning of the class. But the end of the class they were totally open. Thank you!

Tracey's classes are always so enjoyable. She has this incredible talent for truly incorporating intentions into all of her flows. I often find it difficult to get into the moment and let go of outside distractions and this class really helped with that. New favourite!
