Fiji takes three classes to prepare your body and mind for revolved bound side angle pose (parivrtta baddha parsvakonasana). This pose requires that you are very open in your hips, spine and shoulders and that you can move into, hold and move out of the pose with support from your core. In this class, Fiji focuses on how you move into a twist with a strong foundation, ensuring that you have good alignment and that you're getting the most out of the pose. What an amazing class. My legs were burning. In the beginning of the class, I was doubting the level of the class since it was explaining every step, move and the vinyasa flow in so many details. However, this is definitely a challenging class with great twists. thanks!

I'm not a fan of twists - primarily because I find them very difficult to achieve. I find them very beneficial for my digestion however, so I'm determined to work on them more in 2018! Thank you Fiji - it was tough but I feel wrung out - in the best of ways!

Amazing! There is snow, it is so cold, but who needs heating when you've got Fiji making your legs buuuuurn! So good! And really nice to get some deep twists for a tummy massage! Thank you! xx
