Fiji takes three classes to prepare your body and mind for revolved bound side angle pose (parivrtta baddha parsvakonasana). This pose requires that you are very open in your hips, spine and shoulders and that you can move into, hold and move out of the pose with support from your core. In this class, Fiji focuses on how you move into a twist with a strong foundation, ensuring that you have good alignment and that you're getting the most out of the pose.

Hi! I use an HP laptop and sometimes a Fire tablet. I've noticed it happens more in the later afternoon/early evening. Maybe when everyone is home from work getting their yoga on :) Should I try clearing my cache? Thanks!

Hi there. If you lower the resolution to 360, you should have no problems. You do that by clicking the settings icon at the bottom right of the video. Also, changing the browser can solve streaming issues as well.

Thank you Fiji, for yet another excellent class.
Always challenging yet so satisfying and foundational to go slowly, hold and deepen the poses.
Also great for circulating the energy all around - esp. for us desk sitters.
Bookmarked and shall be revisited.
Perhaps the advanced stages too!

What an amazing class. My legs were burning. In the beginning of the class, I was doubting the level of the class since it was explaining every step, move and the vinyasa flow in so many details. However, this is definitely a challenging class with great twists. thanks!

I'm not a fan of twists - primarily because I find them very difficult to achieve. I find them very beneficial for my digestion however, so I'm determined to work on them more in 2018! Thank you Fiji - it was tough but I feel wrung out - in the best of ways!

There was nothing in this class that I could not do. That being said, the pacing of this class made it very challenging and satisfying to complete. Thank you.

Amazing! There is snow, it is so cold, but who needs heating when you've got Fiji making your legs buuuuurn! So good! And really nice to get some deep twists for a tummy massage! Thank you! xx

Wow, that was harder work than I expected - really felt the burn in my legs! I've been doing Fiji's advanced classes for years and still found this one a challenge, not in terms of tricky poses but just a tough leg workout :-) Great stuff though and I'm sure my stiff runners' legs are grateful!
