Revolved Bound Side Angle Pose: Dynamic Twists
Fiji takes three classes to prepare your body and mind for revolved bound side angle pose (parivrtta baddha parsvakonasana). This pose requires that you are very open in your hips, spine and shoulders and that you can move into, hold and move out of the pose with support from your core. In this class, Fiji focuses on how you move into a twist with a strong foundation, ensuring that you have good alignment and that you're getting the most out of the pose. great instruction and cues as always. This was challenging even though I do not consider myself a beginner. This is a good lesson for me. You get out what you put in.
