Amazing pose with great instruction to get me there. I feel so open and fluid at the moment that I could bounce like a trampoline --without a trampoline. :)

Awesome class! I'm fairly comfortable with compass pose but i was able to get deeper into it on both sides of my body. Really enjoyed the instruction from Andrea :)
