Thanks so much for this. I almost didn't do any yoga as I didn't have much time. It's easy to get caught up thinking that longer classes are needed for any relief. But not true! I feel so much better-- all while my rice was cooking:)
This really hits all the trouble spots for me, including my quads. I wasn't expecting quad stretches so that was a pleasant surprise. This was just enough effort, stretch and relaxation to make me feel good in body. Thank you!

I simply love this class - all of Rachel's 30 minute classes around this period are just sublime. this is no exception. It's certainly one for a more established beginner practitioner, and definitely one to practice as you make that transition towards the more intermediate classes. Rachel's exquisite cueing, sequencing, modifications and use of props throughout make for a class that I didn't want to end... although I was very grateful for the savasana at the end all the same :) thank you Rachel.
