My first class back at the mat in a couple months. This was gentle enough while hitting all the right spots and was more challenging than I expected. Thank you for this wonderful, encouraging space.

Seriously such a great class! I have been in a FUNK all day and this was just the thing to pull me out of it and give me a more positive outlook for the rest of my day.

I can't thank you enough for this class. I did something to my right hip a few months ago. Physio, IMS, more physio, slow progress. It's still not right, but infinitely better. But I still hadn't gotten back to doing yoga.
Two friends had recently written telling me they'd been feeling depressed. I had also fallen into a pretty big fog from being in pain and doing so little exercise. I told one of the friends about the things I do to pull myself out, Yoga being one.
Rather bold of me to say that when i hadn't done yoga in months because of the hip, then the lazy.
Yesterday, I followed my own advice and did this class. I did it again today.
You are so right Miss Rachel, it's vital to take time to connect to our breath!
Thank you so much for this class. It's excellent. And thanks for this site. So many wonderful teachers and classes.
