Power Yoga for Balance
In Ron's first class, he shows you why so many students love his style. He's a dancer, performer and massage practitioner, and all of these skills are expressed in his classes. This class is fun, vigorous and a beautiful progression into some very difficult standing balance postures. You will hear Ron mention Mula Bandha, which is a pelvic floor contraction. I loved this video because of how funny Ron is, some of the things had me laughing so hard and yet the way he focuses on midline helped me to stay in the poses.
Almost two weeks without yoga, and I don't know if it was some withdrawl symptoms but I had neck pains and a slight headache. After doing this wonderful class by Ron, it was all gone! I'll never neglect yoga for that long if I can help it.
This is my favorite class so far. Please upload more classes from Ron. I love him!
Enjoyed Ron's unique style of teaching, seemed more fluid, spontaneous & artistic than most yoga sessions which are usually very regimented. Wanted to thank Ron also for assisting me with better understanding my midline which allows me to focus better when I'm balancing. Great session, Ron!
