In Ron's first class, he shows you why so many students love his style. He's a dancer, performer and massage practitioner, and all of these skills are expressed in his classes. This class is fun, vigorous and a beautiful progression into some very difficult standing balance postures. You will hear Ron mention Mula Bandha, which is a pelvic floor contraction. If you're unfamiliar with this, check out our Core Activation: Pelvic Floor video tutorial.

Ron's style is super fun. I enjoy the movement he allows in each pose, reaffirming that the ankle adjustments and "dancing" in your balances in normal, and even encouraged. Thanks for the help in rebuilding weak ankles Ron!

I love Ron's style, his voice is so calm! I struggled in the beginning, trying to sit on my toes (it's painful for me), but the rest of the practice was a bless!

Such a great class with excellent visuals. Got me thinking about the midline and that it's ok to move and shake around a bit. Also it was so much fun. I like Ron's style a lot and look forward to even more classes from him. I loved his other one as well.
