Thanks for replying - this has actually been really helpful, I've been bearing it in mind and trying to be a bit kinder to my wrists :) I keep coming back to this video as well, thank you so much for it! It really feels like the kind of practice that asks my body to progress, which I love.

This is the first time I have ever tried the paradise pose, and most of the other poses, and Rachel's step by step instructions throughout enabled me to carry out each pose properly. I really felt like I worked hard in this class and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Rachel :) Namaste x

As a sort-of seasoned yoga practitioner (how many years makes me well-seasoned?), I really appreciated Rachel's descriptive and informative instruction... thank you for constantly reminding me to pull my hip back and under! Sneaky little hip... :) And her pointers during Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog) really helped me engage in a way I haven't in a while. It's so easy for those little things you were once aware of to slip out the window. Rachel does a great job at bringing your awareness back. I was challenged and excited to discover some new ways of coming into and exploring a pose. Thank you!

It's such a good pose, isn't it?? Like a combination of "all bound up" meets "total freedom!"

Fabulous class and intense workout! Especially love the well-thought-out sequences with adequate time to rest and transition. Always love your flow, Rachel! I'm so glad that you liked it! Quicker practices are great, but I'm also a fan of slowing things down and really working through the transitions. Slowing down can be super challenging! Thanks for watching :)
