I loved the unique building of poses from-the-ground-up!
Rachel's instructions are precise and easy to follow, and I found myself able to get deeper into some of the poses than I would have thought I was able to go. I enjoyed the eep stretches for hips and modifications offered along the way. Thank you!

Thank you Rachel! I have a ganglion in my right wrist that always hurts so much. Sometimes I don't dare to make Yoga and I always avoid the asanas with too much weight on the wrists. I don't really know how, but you explained every single asana so well in this class that I am free of pain at the moment. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed your class!

Thank you Rachel for this amazing class. Each time I go through it I realize somethig new in my body and it helps me just get a little bit closer to the full expression of the poses. I'm not there on all of them, but I know that with time, practice, and your clear instruction it will happen someday. Thank you!
