My 70 year old body is so grateful that I found this class after a day of sitting in jury duty on hard chairs! Arrived home with so many kinks and aches in back and shoulders and now I feel calm, no aches, and relaxed. Enjoyed your soothing voice Julie, which kept me present and calming focused.
