Wonderful morning practice. Feels great to 'yoga' before food and get my body tuned and open. I also appreciate a morning practice that starts so slow and still has some strenuous warm up bits!

Julia’s ray of sunshine visualization was so helpful in treating my newly awoken body with grace this morning.
