Start your day with Julia by setting an intention to nourish yourself all day long. You’ll focus on improving your digestion and setting yourself up so that your body can best assimilate all that you consume throughout the day. This morning class is meant to be done before you eat.

This class was not as much of a work out as I like for a Vinyasa/Power Yoga practice. I thought with a class longer than 30 min I would have a least a half an hour of raised heart rate. The stomach contraction exercises that took a large focus in the center of the class should have been mentioned in the class description paragraph. I wish it had been so I could have made an informed decision on my choice of class.
