The best teacher is our breath. In this power yoga class with Tracey, we will plant the seed of listening to the movement guided by breath and open to the inquiry underneath the shapes and postures we build.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Lovely, feels good all over! I did this one as a stand-alone and it was wonderful. My only issue was the guided counting for the breathing at the end. When she says "inhale, hold, blah blah blah" and THEN starts counting, it ends up being more like 6 or 7 counts instead of 4. In most other practices I've done, the lead is usually "inhale-2-3-4, hold-2-3-4" and so on. I recommend following your own counting rhythm for the inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 8 part. Otherwise, this is another great practice with Tracey!
Loved this class. I did this as a stand alone class and found it to be such a great flow and for me a great one to do first thing in the morning.Thank you!
