This was a lovely practice for early in the morning - I'm a solid intermediate level practitioner so I found this be very easy. But the stretching and flow and relaxing quality to this practice makes it ideal for those mornings when you might not have had enough sleep or you are anxious about something. =)
I'm making it my personal goal to do this every morning. Absolutely wonderful.
