Perfect for a day when rest and calm are needed, but you don't want to do just a seated, still meditation. I would consider everything except the (modified) pigeon bit Beginner level. The challenge here is to stay present with the breath--even during stillness (hardest for me!). I did this one on a day of extreme anxiety and fatigue/pain. This practice with Tracey helped me feel like I could stay connected to my regular practice, even though this one is so short and gentle, with few poses. Instead of missing a day of practice, I received some of yoga's best gifts. Thank you, Tracey!
