I'm a beginner looking for lessons that help me transitin to intermediate I and this was just right. I tend to find some of the intermediate classes I've tried have transitions between postures that are a little to fast for me to keep up, but this was just right. Thank you for sharing this class. It is much appreciated.

A different type of practice with Tracey. Her philosophy/teaching was still the same however this is more meditative and slow/gentle.
Great for any level. Definitely a great practice for someone who can't "sit and just meditate."
