Thank you. I believe this practice, which I often do when I am stressed, overwhelmed and rushed is truly helping me preventing a burnout. It is just so good and effective. Would love to have a series like that with different lengths, eg 20/30min ?

This micropractice series really fills a niche on the DYWM site. These are effective, efficient and a lot of fun.
