Very creative poses to fuse core and leg exercises. But Kathi forgot to add 8 pulses to the second side in her last pose before neck stretch~~ :)

Thanks for the heads up, sometimes we yoga teachers get nervous filming and forget a few things or this may have been accidentally cut out in editing. I hope you added those pulses in for yourself :)
