Fantastic workout, left feeling strong.
I think there is a repeat missing at minute 33: were supposed to do a 8 beat pump of the leg like on the other side.
Keen to see more of this teacher, I love Pilates.
I agree that the cueing shoud be more detailed and spoken slower. But I coud follow alonng visually and thought it was a good work out that went by very quickly. I wil lbe doing it again.
I'm not sure how this could be considered Intermediate
