I planned to do this class because I like the exercises, but the comments turned me off. I wish there was some way I could adjust the speed of the video to make it easier to follow.
Very hard to follow instructions. I kept having to sit up and look. Quit early in.
Througout the lesson it felt to me like Kathi was in a hurry. Exerises done left and right were not equal. Lesson did not give the usual satisfaction for me.
Refreshing variety of movements/positions. Way too many confusing, conflicting breathing instructions.
