I am not sure why this video is getting comments about cuing. I thought it was a great video with new ways of doing core work that I have not seen before. Yes it required a bit more explanation to get into those positions and movements, but that is also what made the class interesting for me. Note too it is a Pilates Intermediate level II class so it assumes basic knowledge of pilates movements and cuing terms. Thanks Kathi!
