Wow, that was tough! Didn't manage to keep up so took to a few child's poses in between :-) Thoroughly enjoyed it though and hope to get through the whole class someday...

This class was packed with instructions that hit on most if not all of the language of anatomy and anatomy of the bones and joints items that were covered in the teacher training class. Holding the poses for longer than I was used to was strength challenging.
