This practice was a workout for my mind. An excellent way to get out of ones head and into the moment. I feel oddly exhausted yet fully restored. Thank you Fiji for bringing such attention to the energy loops of my body which go so often neglected. Love this one!!!!

Wow another excellent Fiji class. The detailed instructions addressing our specific parts and where they should be and how they should feel is very helpful. I feel like I just got a private instructor who was looking at me and helping me correct every pose. BRAVO! Fiji is instructing while going thru the poses, and experiencing as she addresses each pose. THANK YOU.

This video is no joke. If you are doing the moves from the right place, it is quite a challenging flow. If you pat attention to Fiji's instruction, there are many opportunities to make corrections to your alignment. Form and strength. This class is my favorite on the website.
