I appreciate all of the detailed alignment instruction! This is definitely an intentional class with a focus on form. For those saying it wasn't "relaxing" or there was too much talking...I've actually never been to a Vinyasa/Power Yoga class that felt particularly relaxing until the end, so it could benefit you to use the filters for a different style of yoga. My one suggestion might be to say the name of the poses a bit earlier so that students don't have to look at the video at all to see where we are going. But maybe that would interfere with the way you are trying to set up the pose for the best alignment? This was quite a bit slower than the vinyasa classes that I am used to, and the holds were a real challenge! It's always good for putting my ego in check to do something different. ;)
