This class was such a great workout! Very challenging at times, but also balanced. There were a couple of poses that I had difficulty with, so I'll be doing this practice a few more times to get it right! Thanks Kim.

I know I've done this once before and it was awesome! Today it kept freezing around the 22 min mark. Don't think it was a problem from my end! Bummer!

Hi there.

Thanks for the comment. You can most often resolve that problem by either pausing the video early on, so it can load, or by switching browsers. In general, if you are on a PC, try using Chrome as your browser, and if you're on a Mac, use Firefox or Safari.
