Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

Wow, that was quite the challenge! I really had to push myself through this but I am so happy I did. Thank you Kim! I haven't done a workout that I have enjoyed that much in years.
My MS physio wanted me to try pilates as well as yoga, but I found the classes I tried, well, boring, so didn't go back. This on the other hand, was really challenging, and great fun too, I was sweaty and giggling to myself by the end. You are a real ray of light, such a lovely, happy delivery!
Now if I can just get my pup to follow your dog's example instead of bouncing on my head.........
