Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

Really good and challenging class. Instructor is easy to follow, soothing, sweet voice but pushes you.
I've done this class on and off for about a year. I love it! I usually feel sore for at least a day after, but I also feel relaxed. I wish there were more of these pilates fusion classes, especially with Kim. She's so lighthearted about it.
Nice slow pace. Pretty intense poses. Alot of upper body and core work. My abs really felt it!
