As a past client of Kim's Haultain who moved from Victoria to AB over a year ago, this was exactly what I have been missing! Amazing workout that left me feeling the way I did when I first took a Kim class - empowered, happy and exhausted! Loved this video! And happy to have a piece of cherry blossom lined street nirvana on this cold winter day.

I really do not care for Pilates but this fusion class made it very palatable. More Yoga than Pilates. Very tough and core focused. Kim has a great personality. Looking forward to doing #3.

The instruction is calming and positive. There's no chance toworry about the pose getting harder because everything is just so calm. It teaches me how to always have the same attitude even outside the mat. :)
