Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

That was hard! But Kim kept me going with her encouragement and smiles. I was a bit disappointed we didn't get introduced to the yoga dog!
I never thought I’d get through this because Pilates is still a bit new to me, but Kim is so lovely and cheerful she makes you forget the time and then all of a sudden you’ve done it!

Wow, that was awesome! I mean, it was a little terrible in parts, lol, but Kim's energy and playfulness helped me through. Definitely intense on the shoulders w/ lots of planks and down dogs, and plenty of core engagement throughout. A nice challenge and change of pace from my usual vinyasa practices.
