Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

I enjoy Kim's positive energy and the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge.
I do find that this class is fairly taxing on my shoulders - it would be great to have more relaxation at the end of the class to relieve any tension in the shoulders. I wonder what kind of stretches would be beneficial to help stretch out and relax the shoulders?
This is just what I needed to reconnect with my trunk! Intentional focus of breath and abs!
I am Anemic, so couldn't finish the class, but what I did of it was wonderful. I hope she stays. I want to do more classes from her when I get the rest of my energy back.
This was such a well-taught and challenging class. I love Kim's approach and vibe. I'm 57 years old and am fairly new to this, but even though the class was tough, it was easy to follow and Kim's encouragement was awesome. SOLD. Will do it again and again.
