what a delicious class! It was definitely int II in terms of complexity of poses but the long holds made it more challenging than i was expecting, it was so well paced and thoughtful. really another reminder why the yoga on this platform is really the best,

I don't know if you all at DYWM realize how important (and on point) your title choices are for each video/class. I chose this class based on that and then the description and it was just perfect. Perfect in its rhythms, pace and focus for helping to let the things that need to fall away, fall away and being able to move forward with the mental and physical strength needed to move out of those habits of movement and thinking into new ones. Thank you.
