Such a beautiful release. Allowed me to shed some emotional baggage and really just let go. Thank you so much, Namaste <3
Have been using this site for years, I think this is my favorite practice I've ever done. I love Tracey's guidance and the progressions she takes us through. I feel so wonderful and grateful - awake yet so relaxed. Thank you!
Nice flow and instructions. Tracey has a way to get me to stretch just a tiny bit more than before. Love the seated twists, it's nice to have my legs/knees anchored and then twist. Thank you.
I was stretching myself to do a longer class today and appreciated the ebb and flow between flow/movement and contemplation/more spiritual teaching, for all seasons of life. Great guidance on our gaze beyond hands at the right times "stretching into the future" but staying in the present etc. Quite challenging for me, particularly the held lunge with airplane arms with an imagined piece of paper between torso and thigh. And of course not able to lift my legs up for the arm balance pictured in the preview photo, but was beneficial to take that twist prep pose for it. Thank you for your expert and thoughtful teaching that truly connects opening the body to mind states.
