I really enjoyed this class. I always love your classes Tracey. So balanced and gentle, yet challenging. One thing I might suggest is that you say "for me" - as in "do this for me" quite often. But we shouldn't be doing anything for you really right? Just for ourselves. Or to whomever we are dedicating our practice. Just food for thought. Wonderful practice as always.
